Minimum Requirements
- All ads must be submitted to size on CD-ROM on or before the 12th of the month prior to activation.
- All ads must be submitted in .tif, .gif, or .eps format at 72dpi resolution.
- Animated .gif's are not allowed on the site.
- Minimum advertising term is 12 months on each page.
- Payment must accompany the ad on CD-ROM.
- Renewal after advertising term is subject to availability and waiting list.
- Any changes to advertisement after it has been activated will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to advertising term expiration will be accepted without refund.

Newsletter Inserts
Market your business or event to other GSDBA Members! Newsletter Inserts provide key marketing placement to fellow GSDBA Members. The GSDBA Newsletter is printed every two months and is distributed to each GSDBA Member as well as other chambers, media and political contacts. To have an insert in a given Newsletter 1000 copies are to be delivered to the GSDBA office by the 12th of the month prior to the month of publication.
- Standard size (8 1/2 x 11) flyers are $175 for general and associate members and $100 for nonprofit members.
- Postcard or Brochure inserts are $250 for general and associate members and $200 for nonprofit members due to the extra charge for non standard sizes. (Weight not to exceed 0.5 ounces.)
Space is limited, so it is necessary to contact the office directly at (619) 296-4543 to
reserve your insert placement in advance.

Newsletter Articles
New members are encouraged to submit an article on their business for the Business Spotlight column when they join. Newsletter Articles are due no later than the 12th of the month. Due to the popularity of Newsletter Article submissions, a waiting list has been formed.
Newsletter Article Specifications:
- With logo or photo - 325 word maximum.
- Without logo or photo - 350 word maximum.
- All logos/photos must be submitted in either .tif or .eps format at 300 dpi resolution.

Paid display advertising space is available on an on-going basis. Due to the popularity of Newsletter Display Advertising, a waiting list has been formed. Specifications
- Artwork needs to be camera ready: See measurements above.
- Ads are accepted in BLACK & WHITE ONLY and must not contain any other colors.
- Resolution: 300 dpi. Screens: 85-100L.
- File format: Hi-resolution .pdf only. All photos, logos, etc. must be embedded.
- All fonts must be converted to paths (outlines).
All artwork (original or replacement) must be received by the 5th of the month to begin publication in the following month’s issue.
Newsletter Display Advertising Payment Information
- An initial check/credit card payment must accompany the artwork. (Artwork will not be accepted without payment.)
- Advertisements will continue automatically until directed otherwise.
- All invoices are due on receipt.
- Cancellations must be made no later than the 1st of the month preceding the month of publication.

Direct Mail Marketing
Direct Mail Marketing for your business or event! For $125 for general and associate members and $75 for nonprofit organizations, GSDBA supplies member mailing labels which must be affixed in the office. You pay postage. Please note that Direct Mail Marketing opportunities are available to GSDBA members in good standing only.

GSDBA Mixers
Ever dream of showcasing your business to more than 150 individuals at once? Want your company to be the new buzz word around town? Host a mixer and spotlight your business, product or service to GSDBA Members. Some requirements apply, for more information or to sign up to be a mixer host please print and submit the "Mixer Request Form" below.
