* Maximum of 24 Month Term on any given page, renewal after 24 Month Term is subject to waiting list.
* Advertisement on same page may be subject to 6 month waiting period after advertising term expires.

Accepted methods of payment include; Check or Money Order, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. After completing the form above and clicking the send button, you will be contacted by a representative of the GSDBA to arrange for payment.

Note:
* Any changes to advertisement during Advertising Term is subject to a $25.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than the 1st of the month proceeding the month of cancellation. (e.g. to cancel your advertisement in the month of April, your cancellation request must be received by March 1st.)
